Accessibility Statement
We are committed to making Marketing AI Houston accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. This Accessibility Statement explains our approach, current conformance status, work in progress, and how to contact us about accessibility issues.
Conformance status
Current status: Partial conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
We have taken steps to follow accessibility best practices across our website but are still working toward full conformance.
What we have done so far
- Implemented semantic HTML, logical heading structure, and meaningful link text.
- Added accessible form labels, error messaging, and keyboardβnavigable controls.
- Implemented skip links and ensured focus styles for interactive elements.
- Checked color contrast for primary interface elements to meet AA contrast ratios.
- Used accessible patterns for navigation and responsive layouts to support keyboard and screen reader users.
- Included alt text for key images and ensured decorative images are marked so assistive technologies ignore them.
Known limitations and planned improvements
Some legacy content and thirdβparty embeds may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA; we are auditing and prioritizing fixes.
Dynamic content generated by certain thirdβparty tools may need improved ARIA support.
We plan periodic accessibility testing, including manual keyboard and screen reader testing, and to address issues on a prioritized schedule.
Planned next steps:
- Complete a site-wide accessibility audit and remediation plan.
- Improve ARIA attributes for dynamic elements and thirdβparty widgets.
- Add automated checks to our CI pipeline and schedule quarterly manual testing.

Technical specifications
This site follows WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a target standard. The accessibility work referenced above uses common techniques from ARIA, semantic HTML, and responsive design. Where applicable, our development and QA processes reference the W3C techniques and best practices.
Compatibility and testing
The site is tested on modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) and on common screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver).
We aim to support keyboard navigation and zoom/text-size adjustments up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
Accessibility statement for third-party content
Some embedded or linked thirdβparty content may have different accessibility levels. We strive to select third parties with robust accessibility practices and will work with partners to address issues.
